Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the quality management and improvement of suppliers, monitor the quality performance of suppliers' incoming materials, and ensure the effective delivery of suppliers' samples and mass products;
2. Develop, plan and evaluate the supplier's quality control process, identify internal and external customer requirements and effectively convey them to suppliers to ensure the effectiveness of the supplier's APQP process;
3. Implement the supervision of the control of suppliers' non-conforming products, build a supplier quality complaint system, and effectively review the supplier's improvement report and the effectiveness of measures;
4. Responsible for the monthly data collection, analysis and summary of incoming quality materials, and lead the improvement, analyze the achievement of quality goals, and report to the General Manager's Office;
5. Implement and implement the annual audit plan for suppliers, and follow up on the closure of the audit report;
6. Lead the introduction and audit of suppliers during the development of new products, participate in the review of new product development and the confirmation of samples;
7. Participate in the preparation and answering of customer factory audit materials, and implement internal rectification plans according to relevant requirements;
8. Participate in the summary meeting of the Group Procurement Department to optimize and improve the control capabilities of the supply chain.

Job requirements:
1. Full-time college degree or above, proficient in computer office software;
2. More than 3 years of SQE work experience and hold relevant qualification certificates;
3. Familiar with IATF standards and five major tools, and proficient in using 8D and other tools;
4. Understand and be able to apply VDA6.3 audit standards;
5. Familiar with bearing manufacturing processes and quality requirements, those with bearing industry experience are preferred;
6. Clear logic, tough style, strong pressure resistance, etc.
