Internal training｜More than 40 backbone personnel of NZSB participated in the VDA6.3 of process audit training

From September 17th to 19th, 2022, the “VDA6.3 of Process Audit Internal Training (process audit of material products)” planned and organized by the general manager office and the enterprise management department was held in the conference room on the third floor of the headquarter of NZSB. More than 40 backbone personnel from manufacturing, technology, quality, management and other related departments participated in the three-day training.

Contents of this training mainly encompass: brand-new content of VDA6.3; differences in system, product, and process audit ; auditor’s requirements of VDA6.3; process-oriented audit process; potential supplier evaluation P1 (POT); audit application; quantitative grading and scoring exercises. The trainees made the turtle diagram model in groups when learning the P6 production process analysis link, combined the standards with the actual situation of the company, identified and controlled the potential risks in each process from six aspects: input, output, work content, human resource, material resource, and performance indicator.

This training is eminently conducive to popularizing the quality awareness of all the staff, improving the quality management level of the company, and building a high-end quality management personnel team. The participants had a deeper comprehension of VDA6.3 process audit standards and quality process control, which enhanced the company’s quality assurance capability and ensured a more sound and traceable product offering to customers.
