During the meeting, the project leader made an all-round sharing of the digital transformation project, and elaborated on the background and goals, implementation plan and work deployment, implementation work content and requirements, basic module settings, and personnel division of labor of the project. The digital transformation project enables data analysis with methods of creating a database to standardize and streamline work processes and further improve efficiency.
