Management improvement｜Meeting for the implementation of digital transformation project

On November 4th, 2022, the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the digital transformation project was held at the headquarter of NZSB. Heads of all executive levels, information-related personnel and the implementation team of Kingdee software attended the meeting. Our group leaders paid considerable attention to the meeting.

During the meeting, the project leader made an all-round sharing of the digital transformation project, and elaborated on the background and goals, implementation plan and work deployment, implementation work content and requirements, basic module settings, and personnel division of labor of the project. The digital transformation project enables data analysis with methods of creating a database to standardize and streamline work processes and further improve efficiency.

The leadership of NZSB hopes to gather the wisdom of all employees through the digital transformation project to trigger the digital transformation of the company’s management concept and improve the quality and efficiency of management, thus achieving the management goals.

This meeting deepened all participants' understanding of how the information system changes the enterprise; the heads of every department also sorted out and summarized their current work in the process of clarifying functional requirements and categorizing materials.

This digital transformation project is aimed to put the original information in order, thereby improving the operation speed and feedback response speed of the company’s overall production, supply and sale, realizing the transformation from extensive management to refined management, and cutting down the cost of communication management. It will lay a more solid foundation for the rapid development of NZSB in the future.
